Last Week, Biz Journal reported that Fells Point's Timothy Dean's Restaurant had been sold by Adams National Bank for the restaurant's defaulting mortgage payments. Apparently, the bank bought the restaurant at $430,000 at a foreclosure auction last Tuesday. Timothy Dean is a celebrity chef who appeared on the 7th Season of Bravo's Top Chef last Summer and many delight in the food at this great restaurant.
Timothy Dean is trying to fight against the purchase and debates that the property is worth over $1 Million - There hasn't been any word as to whether or not the restaurant will close or not. Stay tuned to InsiderNights.com for more information.
