(Fashion Thursdays) Leila Shams, born of Maryland, is known to the type of clothing that renders a crowd to stop and stare. Her creations are innovative and daring. She has been a designer for DKNY, BeBe, and Express – and debuted her first solo line in Spring 2010. NBC New York named her “One To Watch” and she continues to shine through her most recent collection for Fall 2011/Summer.
